Saudi Arabia and Bahrain have formalized an agreement to boost collaboration in research, science, and knowledge exchange. The memorandum of understanding was signed between the King Fahd National Library and the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies during discussions held in Riyadh.
